Cryptocurrency transactions sent from your wallet are irreversible. If you send cryptocurrency to an incorrect address or send the wrong amount, it cannot be recovered. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and prone to rapid price fluctuations. Your cryptocurrency may be worth significantly less in the future or even become completely worthless. Cryptocurrencies are not backed by any entity. Neither iglobalswap.io nor any other party is obligated to buy back your cryptocurrency in the future. Ensure you fully understand the risks involved before making a transaction.

There may be situations where, due to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, you may not have permission to use all features of this website. We are not responsible if, for any reason, you cannot access this site.
Once you agree to these terms and conditions, Krasopay grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use our site and services. Krasopay will not be held responsible for any losses due to blockchain technical issues, natural disasters, service provider failures, or third-party actions.
Transactions and Fees We will execute your order at the final price (according to the rate at the time of execution), as soon as reasonably practicable and within 120 hours after completing our registration, AML, and KYC processes. Until execution, your order will be considered pending and non-binding. Any payments made to or received from you will be after applicable deductions, including:

7% exchange fee for purchasing cryptocurrency (buy orders).
5% exchange fee for selling cryptocurrency (sell orders).
The exchange fee rate may vary at our sole discretion and will be communicated before your order is processed. If for any reason we cannot complete the transaction, we will refund your money minus a $50 transfer fee. Transactions processed through a credit/debit card will not be charged a withdrawal fee.
Cryptocurrencies are a high-risk investment, and their value may change significantly between the time of purchase and receipt. We are not obligated to buy cryptocurrency back from you or sell additional cryptocurrency to you.

Compliance and AML Policy Krasopay follows strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. You may be required to provide additional documentation for verification. If a transaction is flagged for compliance concerns, it may be delayed or canceled.

The cryptocurrency does not originate from illegal activities.
The transaction does not involve money laundering.
You are the authorized account holder.

Refund Policy In rare cases, Krasopay reserves the right to cancel your order or offer a different price. If an order is canceled and we have already received fiat currency from you, we will refund the funds minus applicable fees. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source, subject to compliance verification.
Due to cryptocurrency price volatility, refunds of cryptocurrency transactions will be based on its USD value at the time of the transaction, and any deductions will apply for applicable costs and expenses.
Account Security and Access You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Krasopay is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to compromised credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@iglobalswap.io immediately.
Suspension and Account Closure Krasopay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:
Violation of terms and conditions.

Suspicious activity or failure to complete verification.
Multiple accounts registered by the same user.
Use of services for illegal activities.
If your account is closed and you have unsettled transactions, you may be able to recover your funds unless prohibited by law.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Canadian jurisdiction.
